ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF STAFF (AS PER THE MISSION VATSHALYA NORMS AND GUIDELINE)
Application are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed application for the following post at Maa Bindhya Basini CCI Children’s Home under Cuttack district on contractual basis. Lower age limit for the posts, is 21 years as on 01.08.2024.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A.The above post will be filled up on contractual basis for a term of 11 months with monthly remuneration as mentioned against each post and subject to renewal as per the Society’s norms, basing on the performance and continuance of the programme. The selection will be made on merit basis. The selected candidates for the post of House Mother/House Father, Helper-cum-night watchman & ANM will prepare him/her to stay in the Ashram for 24 hours in a day for caring of orphan/ abandoned/ surrendered/ rescued children. Their usual Official Holidays and Casual leave/ Medical Leave/ Maternity leave may be provided as per the norms. They will perform their duties as assigned them by the higher officials from time to time.
B. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview-cum-verification of certificates/ written or Computer test and personal Interview. The candidates should submit the following documents along with the downloaded System Generated Application form, duly signed by the candidate
• Self – Attested Photocopy of Secondary, HSC, Graduation, Post – Graduation, Computer Course or any other professional qualification certificate and Mark Sheets.
• One recent self-attested Colour Photograph (3.5 X 4.5 Size) should be affixed to the application form.
• Self Attested Certificate of experience issued from previous employer if any.
• Self attested Police verification certificate (if any).
• One Self attested recent Character Certificate from a gazette Officer.
• Self Declaration regarding non-involvement in any criminal activities especially child related offence.
• For the post of House Mother/House Father and Helper-cum-Watchman, the selected candidates should submit an undertaking that she/ he is willing to stay in Ashram with children for all the time during her/ his job tenure
except emergency leaves. There is less scope to go home.
C. The recruitment shall be on the basis of Career marking as per weightage and followed with one personal interview as assigned below :

D. The above posts are purely temporary and also co-terminus at any time. Candidates who are already working in other Child Welfare/ Child Development/ CCI / Civil Society or Govt / Volunteer Sector either on regular or contractual basis have to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer during their joining.

The applications must reach us on or before 30.08.2024 (by 5.00 P.M). The applications must be sent through Regd.Post/Speed Post/ Courier only. The envelope, containing the application should be mentioned clearly the name of the post applied for.
F.If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information/ documents his/ her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information/ documents, he/her service shall be terminated from the job at any time forthwith.
G.The candidates who have been disengaged from any Organization on administrative grounds such as disobedience/ poor performances/ misbehavior/ Criminal activity/ misconduct/ consuming alcohol, will not eligible for the post.
H.No personal correspondences/ enquiry/ putting pressure/ recommendations will be entertained. Number of vacancies under this advertisement is provisional, which may be increased or decreased depending requirement. The panel, under the above posts, shall also remain valid for one year for filling up consequential future vacancies. The decision of the Selection Committee will be the final.
